Fill your heart with love through Kiirtan

Meditation Teacher Training

Dear Esteemed Seekers and Teachers of Meditation,

In a world often dominated by fleeting solutions and temporary comforts, the ancient wisdom of Tantra offers a profound and enduring path to self-realisation. If you have explored the realms of mindfulness, Vipassana, or other meditation techniques, you’ve likely experienced the initial benefits of inner peace and clarity. Now, you are invited to delve deeper, to uncover a practice designed explicitly for the realisation of your full spiritual potential.

Tantric Meditation, rooted in the 7,000-year-old teachings of Shiva and adapted for the people of today by the modern Tantric master Shrii Shrii Anandamurti, extends beyond stress reduction and relaxation. It is a systematic and experiential journey into the core of your being, integrating posture, breath, mantra, visualization, and chakra awareness to transcend the experience of duality and establish us in the underlying Oneness which is our true nature.

This 7-day intensive training, led by Acharya Krsnasevananda, a monk with 47 years of dedicated practice and teaching, offers a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in this transformative tradition. Nestled in the serene landscapes of Denmark at Ananda Gaorii Ashram, this program is designed for those who seek to deepen their personal practice and confidently guide others on the path to self-realisation.

What You Will Experience:

  • The Philosophical Foundations of Tantric Meditation: Understand the ancient roots of this tradition, how Tantric meditation works and the deeper purpose of the practice.
  • Mastering Core Techniques: Explore the use of mantra, chakra, visualization, sense withdrawal (pratyahara), concentration and the role of breath.
  • Cultivating a Transformative Attitude: Discover the power of intention, surrender, non-judgment, and the impact of ethical living on your practice.
  • Experiencing Kiirtan and Bhajan: A bit of love makes everying easier. Open your heart through these dynamic and devotional practices.
  • Living the Tantric Life: Integrate meditation with ethical principles (Yamas and Niyamas), a diet for a quiet mind, community, and engaged spirituality.
  • Developing Teaching Proficiency: Learn to structure classes, create sacred space, and foster genuine transformation in your students. Learn about the common difficulties students face and how to deal with them.
  • Balancing Spiritual and Worldly Life: Learn the art of Karma Yoga – action without ego – and how to engage with the world in a profoundly spiritual way. .

This training is not just an intellectual study; it is a direct, immersive experience into the living tradition of Tantra. Whether you seek to refine your own practice or share this profound wisdom with others, this course will provide you with the tools, knowledge, and spiritual depth to do so with clarity and confidence.

For those who seek authentic self-realization. For those who wish to teach from a place of genuine understanding. For those called to the highest truth.

Limited spaces available. Reserve your place now.

With deep respect and blessings,

Acharya Krsnasevananda
