Rajadhiraja yoga
Our training is based on Rajadhiraja Yoga, a thorough and complete style of yoga that has been practised for more than 2000 years. Rajadhiraja Yoga integrates the practices of meditation, asanas, diet and lifestyle with knowledge of the chakras and endocrine system. It is firmly aimed at the highest goal of yoga, self-realisation, yet streamlines the practices so that they are suited to the psychology and circumstances of modern human society. With its comprehensive and scientific approach Rajadhiraja Yoga provides you with the necessary tools for understanding body, mind, and spirit.
You can find more information about Rajadhiraja Yoga by following this link.
life in ashram
The course is being held in the ashram, where all the residents regularly practice meditation and asanas. Living in an ashram implies following a lifestyle that focuses on physical, mental and spiritual development. We follow certain guidelines that include a sattvic diet, dress code and modest behaviour which help detach the mind from the external environment and concentrate on the practices. See our brochure for more detailed information about our way of living.
